Our lessons cater to all levels of rider and ages. Equestrian Australia coach with over 30 years experience in riding and teaching. We have an amazing team of school master Horses and ponies to cater for everyone. We pride ourself on training riders who compete at a National level to the rider whom just wants to perfect their own riding at home. We have a great friendly staff to make your experience special in your equine journey.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Invoice must be payed 24 hours before class. Lessons can be canceled 24 hours or more prior to the session starting. This will result in a Credit to reschedule the lesson NO REFUNDS If lessons are canceled within 24 hours there will be no refund and no credit given. Please be aware that all our sessions are subject to the weather conditions. As such, customers accept the risk that weather conditions they consider unsatisfactory may occur on the date booked. Our Regular Cancellation Policy states that: Unless Bensville Riding School decides otherwise due to medical and emergency conditions. In the rare event that Bensville Riding School needs to cancel or postpone for any reason, for example but not limited to, extreme weather conditions, safety or security, minimum numbers not being achieved etc: Bookings may be transferred to another date, person or reissued as an open customer credit. Refunds not permitted. We reserve the right to refuse entry to our property and participation in any activities provided by us. Bensville Riding School reserves the right to change or alter the booking for safety reasons or in extreme weather conditions. We also reserve the right to stop any of our participants from continuing in an activity session, if our safety instructions are not followed and / or if the passenger(s) behave in an unacceptable manner. Customers will be refused a session if they appear to be affected by Alcohol or Drugs of any kind. In this situation refunds are not permitted.
